legal question The employee employed in Bahrain mutually agreed to leave after 4 yrs of service with payment of 3 months contractual notice pay. However, she has now asked to be paid indemnity pay for the 4 yrs of service and holidays accrued not taken in the previous 2.5 yrs. Is an employee entitled to notice pay and indemnity pay or just due notice pay? Is she entitled to accrued leave not taken in the previous 2.5 years?
